Carnivals!

And you thought it was almost over, didn’t you? Bwa-ha-ha! The US Mint’s state quarters program will finish the ten-year fifty-state issue at the end of this year, when it puts out Hawaii. But look: Congress has approved six more, for the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Mariana Islands.

I wonder whether the DC quarter will depict a mayor being arrested for drug use. Hm.
