Senator Russ Feingold (D-WI) will propose tomorrow a resolution to censure the president. Thank you, Senator Feingold! It's not impeachment, but it's something (and anyway, it's the House of Representatives that has to start the impeachment process, so maybe, in the unlikely even that Feingold's resolution should pass, this could be a kick in the behind to get that moving).
I've submitted a comment at Senator Feingold's web site, and at my senators' web sites urging them to support it.
