.

I'm off square dancing again, for a few days. In case I don't have Internet access, I'm queuing this up in advance, along with a little something light for tomorrow, and I'll fire them off from my BlackBerry. Nothing for Saturday, though, and then you'll see me back here on Sunday.

To go along with yesterday's post about signs, here are two that I saw on the way to the airport:

  1. On the parkway (and I waved on the way past...), there was an electric sign that obviously limited each line to only eight letters:
    ROADWORK
    RUFFROAD
    CAUTION
  2. And at the airport itself was this awkward sign that reminded me of the recent post about separable verbs:
    LAGUARDIA AIRPORT
    WELCOMES HOME
    OUR TROOPS

Yeah, I've been right off square dancing since high school. Oh, wait. You meant something different...

Ar-ar-ar....

Well, for those who haven't read it, here's my post on challenge-level square dancing. And the callers this weekend gave us some interesting puzzles to solve.
